Long Bay public beach is a stunning stretch of coastline located about 30 minutes east of the town center, known for its expansive sandy shores and vibrant blue waters. This beach is a favorite among surfers and sunbathers alike, offering both lively waves and tranquil spots for relaxation. If you're not a strong swimmer, be cautious as sometimes when the waves are active there are rip currents. While it's a great beach, there's no dedicated lifeguard so please take the necessary precautions. Acai Cafe is right across the street!
